This workshop is geared to middle school aged children. The children engage in interactive exercises that address social issues that typically arise for kids in this age group. The children walk away with an experiential experience that can help shift how they perceive themselves and change how they interact with their peers.

This workshop normalizes interactions, internal dialogues, and self-perceptions of high school girls. The time together is interactive and offers a new perspectives on themselves and their peers. Girls who participated in this workshop have reached out to me to say how much the time spent together changed their perspectives and impacted interactions with their peers.
